Friends,

I hold a Ph.D in Food Technology from ICT, Mumbai, India.
I am an enzyme professional with over 29 years experience of technical sales, business development, new solutions development based on industrial enzymes, mostly food enzymes and marketing of technical enzymes.


I have the privilege of introducing enzymes to Indian Vegetable oil industry
in the year 2001 and have been working with enzyme applications to vegetable oil industry since then.

I have invented quite a few enzyme based process for vegetable oil refining industry viz:
a) Enzyme assisted extraction of oil from mustard and sunflower seeds.
b) Enzyme assisted Extraction of oil from palm fruits.
c) Improved Enzyme degumming of rice bran oil with far better degumming results - 2011-2012 and successfully commercialized in India.

d) ENZYME ASSISTED CHEMICAL REFINING OF VEGETABLE OILS - 2019.
Patent application filed for "Enzyme Assisted Chemical Refining of Vegetable Oils" and I am currently involved in commercializing this invention.

This new enzyme assisted chemical refining has potential to transform the vegetable oil refining industry globally.
